Mental Health Check-Ins
CiC Wellbeing's Mental Health Check‑Ins are regular, confidential conversations with a dedicated counsellor that help employees reflect, spot early signs of stress and stay mentally well. The programme is preventative, easy to access and provides organisations with anonymised insights that strengthen wellbeing, psychological safety and overall performance.
Workplace Mediation and Conflict Resolution
CiC Wellbeing's Workplace Mediation and Conflict Resolution service provides a structured, confidential and highly effective way to resolve interpersonal conflict at work. Led by accredited and experienced mediators, the service helps employees communicate openly, understand each other’s perspectives and reach practical, mutually agreed solutions without the formality, cost, or stress of grievance or legal procedures.
Peer Support Programme
Our Peer Support Programme helps organisations build compassionate, clinically supported peer networks that give employees someone they can genuinely talk to. We train selected staff to become trusted listeners, approachable colleagues who provide early, empathetic support and confidently signpost others to the right help when needed.
Workplace Wellbeing and Resilience Training
CiC Wellbeing delivers expert workplace wellbeing and resilience training designed to help employees thrive. Led by consultant psychologists and specialist practitioners, the training covers mental health, trauma, resilience, harassment and physical wellbeing.
Mental Health Essentials e-learning

CiC Wellbeing's confidential Whistleblowing service gives employees a safe and secure way to speak up about concerns, wrongdoing, or suspicious activity. Our trained counsellors listen, support and pass on information appropriately helping protect both employees and the organisation.
