Who we are

Since 1988, CiC has been a trusted partner in workplace wellbeing, leading the way in Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and mental health solutions. As an EAPA-accredited provider, we’ve built a reputation for clinical excellence and expert support across diverse industries.

Over the past three decades, EAPs have become an essential part of organisational wellbeing strategies. Alongside our core EAP services, we offer tailored programmes - including peer support, training, trauma response, and critical incident services. Our focus is on addressing both mental health needs proactively and reactively with a commitment to innovation and care.

Why support matters - and how we deliver it

Supporting mental health in the workplace isn’t just a nice-to-have it’s essential for creating thriving, productive teams. When employees feel valued and supported, organisations see stronger engagement, better retention, and improved overall performance. Unfortunately, many businesses face challenges that make delivering effective wellbeing support harder than it should be.

Solutions focused support

We offer tailored solutions that address specific organisational challenges - from EAPs and trauma counselling to training and peer support. Our programmes are designed to be both proactive and reactive, helping to mitigate risks before they escalate and providing layered support as needs evolve.

Our philosophy is consistent across everything we do:

  • No gimmicks - We put people first. We listen and act on what matters to them and the organisations they work for.
  • People - We attract, develop, and retain top talent through our clinical approach and diverse service offering. Our team are leaders in their field.
  • Clinical quality - We uphold the highest standards through robust clinical governance and a culture of excellence.
  • Experience - With nearly 40 years of global delivery, our programmes are designed for maximum impact.
  • Ease of access - We make it easy for people to engage with our services and benefit from them - not just tick a box.
  • Transparency - We deliver value through innovation, measurable outcomes, and strong relationships.
